xerox 700 error code 077-311
i have a xerox 700 with a code 077-311 that is really challenging me .It talks of the inverter system of which we have changed from a working machine.
when you test the inverter nip motter in diagnostic it makes a vibrating noise and the motor does not turn .I have also changed the iot driver no result.
what can i do.

There is error in edoc. Nip sensor is in
PL 10.6 item 14.
Rezistence of the nip motor = 1.3 ohm

thanks for the tips .
I have gone ahead and replaced the exit inverter assembly and IOT driver Pwb from a working machine but the fault didn’t clear,
the inverter motor still make vibrating noise while warming up with fault code 077-311.Muks

Hi New to the site and thank you for any help you could give
xerox 700 with constant 077-311 error and vibrating from nip roller on warm up
have replaced with working decurler unit and new one but same errors and vibrations, rails was slightly out of alignment and have been replaced
any suggestions will be much appreciated, customer losing work after just starting up and trying to help

all is clean free from any toner all been greased up
there is no reason for this to fail

yup 010-011 and 010-012 both vibrate

you can try change the front door interlock, sometimes can solve it.
