Другие способы входа в сервисный режим

Xerox 5845, 5855 Либо включить аппарат с одновременно нажатыми кнопками [Прерывание] и [2] либо на включенном аппарате нажать и удерживать эти кнопки более 2 сек. Если аппарат неисправен — вход осуществляется кнопками [Прерывание] и [5], с ограничением функций (последовательно появляющиеся сообщения о неисправностях сбрасываются двойным нажатием клавиши [Стоп]).
Далее аппарат запрашивает четырёхзначный код доступа: это либо 8765 (по умолчанию), либо последние четыре цифры счётчика копий в обратном порядке (если счётчик копий показывает 01234567 — код входа 7654).

Возможные проблемы

Xerox 5201/5203/5305/5306 XC351/355/356 Обнуление счетчика фоторецептора. Признак — моргают все лампы, в готовность не выходит.

  • Нажать «Экспонирование» и включить питание с нажатой кнопой. Все индикаторы, кроме «Готов», загораются.
  • Отпустить «Экспонирование», нажать её еще раз и держать до тех пор, пока не погаснут индикаторы «Тонер» и «Бумага» (10 сек).
  • Отпустить кнопу. Выключить питание, подождать 15-20 сек, включить снова
Xerox ХC520/540/560/580 Сброс ошибки Н3/Н4.

  • Войти в режим диагностики (удерживая «Стоп/Сброс», включить питание; загорятся все индикаторы и на дисплее появится «8»; нажать «Кол-во копий»; индикаторы погаснут, на дисплее появится»0″).
  • 4 раза нажать на «Кол-во копий»; на дисплее появится «4».
  • Нажать «Пуск».
  • Выключить-включить аппарат.

Эти модели имеют счетчик фьюзера. По его окончании аппарат просит заменить набор регламентных работ или «Maintenance Kit».
Этот счетчик тоже можно сбросить, если печка в порядке:
(2+6), вкл. питание, дождаться «IOT?», не позднее 5 сек. после появления «IOT?» нажать (0+5) и держать до появления сообщения о сбросе «Reset Complete. Please Reboot». Выключите и включите принтер.
Рекомендация: все же лучше не просто сбрасывать счетчик, а устанавливать набор, в который входят фьюзер в сборе, ролик переноса, ролики подачи (6 или 15), протирочная салфетка

Сброс сообщения «Нет тонера» после заправки — есть два варианта:
1. Поставить в паз на передней части картриджа предохранитель на 1/16А (0.0625А), при первом же включении аппарат пережгёт предохранитель и сообщение сбросится. Известны случаи, что работало и с предохранителем до 0.5А; но если МФУ предохранитель не сможет сжечь, будет ошибка CRU FUSE ERROR, которая уходит после установки более слабого предохранителя.
2. Через сервисное меню:
для входа в сервисное меню 4216/PE16 набираем на клавиатуре : [menu] — [#] — 1934 — [menu], (для 4016/4116 — [menu] — [upper level] — [Стрелка влево] — [Стрелка вправо] — [upper level] — [enter]). После входа в сервисное меню появится надпись TECH; с помощью клавиш [Стрелка влево] — [Стрелка вправо] находим запись «New cartridge», выбираем «Yes».
Для выхода из сервисного меню просто выключаем и включаем МФУ (или для 4216/PE16 набираем на клавиатуре [menu] — [#] — 1934).
Xerox 4030 Процедура одинакова для обоих картриджей: удерживая кнопку сброса, находящуюся рядом со шнуром питания; включите принтер.
Xerox 5017/5316/5317 Сброс барабана (ошибка J7):
на платке с EPROM запаиваем F2, а вместо F1 включаем тестер в режиме измерения тока на пределе 3 mA с защитой. Делаем 101 копию, и – привет!
DC 212/214 Сброс ошибки U4.
Войдите в диагностический режим и подождите 30 сек, пока аппарат завершит инициализацию. Введите диагностический код [401] и нажмите кнопку «Старт». Выйдите из диагностики, выключите аппарат. Подождите 10 сек, включите аппарат. Подождите 30 сек.
Если код U4 появился снова, повторите процедуру сброса. Если после 3-х процедур код появляется вновь, но Вы уверены в работоспособности фьюзера — замените главную плату.

Надо войти в «АДМИНИСТРАТОР» (код 11111), затем ввести новый счет; или заблокировать аудитрон.

НИКОГДА не используйте никаких других диагностических кодов и процедур, потому что это может привести к непредсказуемым последствиям.

Имейте в виду, что сброс ошибки не гарантирует вас от всех остальных бед, поэтому при первой же возможности завезите копировальный аппарат в сервисную фирму, чтобы там удалили отработку, произвели необходимую чистку и регулировки.

Другие способы входа в сервисный режим

Xerox 5845, 5855 Либо включить аппарат с одновременно нажатыми кнопками [Прерывание] и [2] либо на включенном аппарате нажать и удерживать эти кнопки более 2 сек. Если аппарат неисправен — вход осуществляется кнопками [Прерывание] и [5], с ограничением функций (последовательно появляющиеся сообщения о неисправностях сбрасываются двойным нажатием клавиши [Стоп]).
Далее аппарат запрашивает четырёхзначный код доступа: это либо 8765 (по умолчанию), либо последние четыре цифры счётчика копий в обратном порядке (если счётчик копий показывает 01234567 — код входа 7654).

Xerox 5201/5203/5305/5306 XC351/355/356 Обнуление счетчика фоторецептора. Признак — моргают все лампы, в готовность не выходит.

  • Нажать «Экспонирование» и включить питание с нажатой кнопой. Все индикаторы, кроме «Готов», загораются.
  • Отпустить «Экспонирование», нажать её еще раз и держать до тех пор, пока не погаснут индикаторы «Тонер» и «Бумага» (10 сек).
  • Отпустить кнопу. Выключить питание, подождать 15-20 сек, включить снова
Xerox ХC520/540/560/580 Сброс ошибки Н3/Н4.

  • Войти в режим диагностики (удерживая «Стоп/Сброс», включить питание; загорятся все индикаторы и на дисплее появится «8»; нажать «Кол-во копий»; индикаторы погаснут, на дисплее появится»0″).
  • 4 раза нажать на «Кол-во копий»; на дисплее появится «4».

Эти модели имеют счетчик фьюзера. По его окончании аппарат просит заменить набор регламентных работ или «Maintenance Kit».
Этот счетчик тоже можно сбросить, если печка в порядке:
(2+6), вкл. питание, дождаться «IOT?», не позднее 5 сек. после появления «IOT?» нажать (0+5) и держать до появления сообщения о сбросе «Reset Complete. Please Reboot». Выключите и включите принтер.
Рекомендация: все же лучше не просто сбрасывать счетчик, а устанавливать набор, в который входят фьюзер в сборе, ролик переноса, ролики подачи (6 или 15), протирочная салфетка

Сброс сообщения «Нет тонера» после заправки — есть два варианта:
1. Поставить в паз на передней части картриджа предохранитель на 1/16А (0.0625А), при первом же включении аппарат пережгёт предохранитель и сообщение сбросится. Известны случаи, что работало и с предохранителем до 0.5А; но если МФУ предохранитель не сможет сжечь, будет ошибка CRU FUSE ERROR, которая уходит после установки более слабого предохранителя.
2. Через сервисное меню:
для входа в сервисное меню 4216/PE16 набираем на клавиатуре : [menu] — [#] — 1934 — [menu], (для 4016/4116 — [menu] — [upper level] — [Стрелка влево] — [Стрелка вправо] — [upper level] — [enter]). После входа в сервисное меню появится надпись TECH; с помощью клавиш [Стрелка влево] — [Стрелка вправо] находим запись «New cartridge», выбираем «Yes».
Для выхода из сервисного меню просто выключаем и включаем МФУ (или для 4216/PE16 набираем на клавиатуре [menu] — [#] — 1934).
Xerox 4030 Процедура одинакова для обоих картриджей: удерживая кнопку сброса, находящуюся рядом со шнуром питания; включите принтер.
Xerox 5017/5316/5317 Сброс барабана (ошибка J7):
на платке с EPROM запаиваем F2, а вместо F1 включаем тестер в режиме измерения тока на пределе 3 mA с защитой. Делаем 101 копию, и – привет!

Имейте в виду, что сброс ошибки не гарантирует вас от всех остальных бед, поэтому при первой же возможности завезите копировальный аппарат в сервисную фирму, чтобы там удалили отработку, произвели необходимую чистку и регулировки.

Xerox 3610 сбой датчика атс

Опыта общения с этими аппаратами у меня немного, но тем не менее решил поделится тем что знаю.

Есть на обслуживании клиент с двумя аппаратами Xerox WorkCentre 3615DN аппараты обслуживаем чуть больше года. Сразу скажу, что это не клон Samsung, а собственная разработка Xerox. С одной стороны ролики захвата/отделения совместимы со многими аппаратами Xerox, с другой стороны из за бренда Xerox стоимость на ЗИП зашкаливает. Аппарат не смотря на невысокую стоимость печатает со скоростью 47 страниц в минуту, что для столь низкой цены на аппарат просто удивительно. При печати аппарат из за небольшого веса ощутимо подрагивает, прямо как дешевые струйники при печати в черновом режиме. К 100000 копиям были трижды поменяны ролики захвата/подачи. Качество печати аппарата можно оценить, как очень высокое, что неудивительно учитывая, что при двухкомпонентной печати заряд тонера на высоких скоростях производится намного лучше чем в однокомпонентных системах.

Про узел термозакрепления.

Узел термозакрепления (она же печка) в Xerox 3610/3615 явно перекачивала с цветников. Для запекания используется тефлоновый вал, а вот вместо вала прижима используется пленка прижима. Я не знаю почему используется вместо вала прижима пленка, но точно могу сказать, что в печках Xerox это наиболее слабое место. В обслуживаемых аппаратах к 110000 копиям у одной печки пленка приказала долго жить. Во втором аппарате печка уже работает со сбоями, периодически вызывая ложные замятия. Ресурс печки официально составляет 200000 копий, что не соответствует реальности. Ценник на печку в 25000

30000 рублей приводит к тому, что после 100000 копий аппарат списывается и компании покупают аппараты другого бренда с более лояльной ценовой политикой.

Про чипы и тонер.

Традиционно картриджи Xerox чипованные, не избежал этой участи и Xerox 3610/3615. В картридже используется ставшим уже визуально привычным по аппаратам Xerox 3010/6010 четырехконтактный чип. Вот только ценник на этот чип составляет неожиданно много около 1400 рублей. С тонером для заправки картриджей все одновременно проще и сложнее. Тонер используется стандартный отрицательно заряженный, но вот как оказалось недорогой двухкомпонентный тонер от Xerox Phaser 5500 не подошел (бледная печать). После серии экспериментов оказалось, что засыпать нужно тонер от цветных принтеров Xerox типа 7500/7800 и т.д. Учитывая выше написанное ценник на заправку Xerox WorkCentre 3615DN для клиента получается от 4500 до 5500 рублей в зависимости от курса доллара и поставщика тонеров и чипа.

Подводя итоги.

Аппарат мне понравился своей скоростью и пожалуй безглючностью в плане софта, но вот при первой же относительно серьезной поломке аппарат придется списывать. На мой взгляд этот аппарат ни никак не тянет на замену Xerox Phaser 3635. За эти деньги лучше приобрести HP LaserJet Pro MFP M521dn или на крайний случай Kyocera ECOSYS M3040idn. Xerox WorkCentre 3615DN идеально подойдет для клиентского офиса где мало печатают, но нужно “пустить пыль в глаза”.

Добрый день, объем картриджа какой, на сколько листов? При таком ценнике на расходку мфу нужно списывать сразу после покупки, а на сэкономленные деньги покупать что-то адекватное.

Это пожалуй главный принцип работы фирмы Xerox за последние лет так 10-15.

уважаемый коллега, ресурс печки составляет 200.000 копий по паспорту Xerox и в случае выхода из строя ранее, заменяется в рамках гарантии.

вы вероятно путаете с барабаном, ресурс которого составляет 85.000 копий и стоимость которого 7000 рублей.

Спасибо за информацию, но печка 200000 не пробежит. Что касается гарантийной замены печки, то это миф. Позвоните на горячую линию Xerox и с удивлением обнаружите, что на печки, ролики, картриджи Xerox гарантию не предоставляет.

Кстати, а есть сервис-мануал от этой серии? может там какие запчасти в печке написаны.

Именно так) Печки только в сборе , и действительно первые партии печек зачастую ходили от 30-65 тысяч, после глобальных замен по гарантии, стали ходить 100-120к максимум) и уже сложно доказать что по гарантии, так как ссылаются на качество бумаги* не Xerox***

Фьюзер является ресурсным материалом, реурс в 200К стр. ожидаемым, уши от дохлого осла вы получите от Xeroxса

Уважаемый коллега. Печка это ресурсный материал, а ресурсные материалы не подлежат замене в рамках гарантии фирмы Xerox. У меня таких уже 4! печки, из парка в 10 шт.
На первых двух трещина в корпусе на 30 тысячах, два вторых прошли 50 и 60 тысяч. Проблема в прижимной пленке (вале).
Вместо них восстанавливаем старые проверенные 3600.

Достоинства:
Быстрый, легко и гибко настраивается. Не разу не зажевал бумагу. Удобная, быстрая заправка огромной оригинальной тубой с тонером.

Недостатки:
ближе к 200 тыс пробега порвался пленочный тефлоновый вал в печке(фьюзере), или специально пленка перетерлась:) Узел фьюзер одноразовый, заменяется в сборе Код: 115R00085 цена на 07.09.2015 от 30 тыс руб до 34 тыс.руб . Других вариантов ремонта не нашел.
Короче, покупая аппарат , готовьтесь его выбросить ближе к окончанию срока эксплуатации печки( по документам ресурс печки 200 тысяч копий)

В Рамисе есть тонер именно под эти модели “Тонер XEROX Phaser 3610/WC 3615/3655 (фл,290,14К) Silver ATM” – вы не пробовали такой? По цене всё-таки гуманней, чем от цветников 7500…

Меня смущает ценник на тонер, ну не может химический двухкомпонентный тонер стоить так мало.

Откуда такой скепсис? Вы знаете чья это разработка? Я считаю, что это разработка Xerox потому что, в аппарате использованы детали от других аппаратов разработанные непосредственно Xerox. Что касается реальных конкурентов этого аппарата, которые более ремонтопригодны и имеют гораздо более низкую стоимость копии то вот они: HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 MFP M525dn, Kyocera ECOSYS M3040idn

А можно ли сбросить ошибку 091-913 замена принт-катриджа.

Я бы не назвал это ошибкой, просто закончился ресурс драм-картриджа по чипу. Если драм в хорошем состоянии, то можно сбросить счетчик путем замены чипа, если конечно Вас не смущает ценник в 2500

МФУ Xerox WorkCentre 3615 DN выдает ошибку 091-913. Менял барабан и тонер картридж не помогает. Снял барабан с тонер картриджем поставил на другой МФУ – работает. Снял работающий барабан и тонер-картридж поставил на первую машину которая выдавала ошибку выдает ту же ошибку 091-913. дело не в барабане и тонер- картридже. Дело в другом. Вчем. Что надо сделать чтобы убрать ошибку?

Чип совместимый или оригинал. Версии прошивки у аппаратов одинаковые?

Подскажите, какие тонера пробовали (и, в частности – от 700 серии может ли подойти?), и какой вес засыпается.

Я пробовал засыпать только минольтовский тонер TN-615. Сначала был небольшой фон. потом все нормализовалось.

Подтверждаю слова автора, данная модель имеет “с завода” дефектный узел “фьюзер” (печку).
Нам сказали в сервисном центре Xerox, что при комплектации заводской печкой, были использованы не термостойкие элементы, поэтому большое задание при печати может расплавить пластмассовые элементы фьюзера и привести к его спеканию.
При выполнении гарантийных работ, фьюзер меняют на новый тип, в котором установлены термостойкие элементы!

А есть ли какой-нибудь бюллетень сервисный на этот случай, чтобы понимать, – с каких серийных номеров или месяца выпуска – пошли нормальные термоузлы?

С чего Вы решили, что общаетесь с заправщиками? Вообще то Вы переписываетесь с инженером, что касается запчастей и прочего, то это Вы мне покажите парт номер детали разработанной Epson или хотя бы скрин партномеров из сервис-мануала. В будущем, если что пишете, то не голословно, а с доказательствами, а так только вводите в заблуждение посетителей блога.

Я знаю, что кроме CQ все аппараты у Xerox A4 формата или Samsung или Epson – зря ссылку удалили, сами прочтите, специально для инженеров писал. Даже если я вам скину партномер, что это изменит? Принадлежность разработки, можно посмотреть по стоимости ЗИП-а, у Epson на этот принтер все в 2 раза дешевле, по аналогии HP/Canon.

Покупать HP LaserJet Enterprise 500 MFP M525dn маразм, так как это Canon LBP 6750/6780. На Canon оригинальный зип в два раза дешевле стоит, чем у HP, так как HP тупо покупает у Canon и продает в два раза дороже. Вот и весь бизнес у HP.
Самое интересное сейчас МФУ А4 формата это Canon iR 1435/1435i/1435iF, картридж гигантский, заправлять можно оригиналом 3764B002, тонер не чипованный.

То, что у Canon аппараты дешевле это факт, но вот софт у Canon откровенное “Г”. У аппаратов Canon нет такого понятия как процент оставшегося тонера. У него есть два статуса “все хорошо” и “замените картридж”. Для аппаратов в корпоративном секторе это просто неприемлемо. Что касается МФУ Canon iR 1435, то Вы забыли упомянуть, что тубы у них чипованные и чипы там стоят такие же как в HP M252 и первая же заправка лишает аппарат гарантии. К тому же нет данных, аппарат все таки блокируется после определенного количества страниц или все ограничивается надоедливым замечанием об использовании неоригинальных расходных материалов.

1) Где вы у 9436B002 увидели чип.
2) Любая заправка лишает гарантии, зачем вы это написали? Если в HP сыпать тонер от KM то с гарантией все ок? Так что ли? =)))
3) возможность посмотреть информацию об оставшемся тонере есть: OK, Низкий (8%) и Нет. Что еще нужно?
Все остальное верно только для вашего HP M252.
В любом принтере/мфу софт на любителя, кому-то нравится HP, кому то Kyocera, кого-то тошнит от KDPL у всех свои предпочтения.

По Вашему статусы “ОК” / “мало тонера” / “замените тонер” – информативно? Вот теперь представьте, что готовите срочный отчет и Вам необходимо распечатать несколько тысяч страниц. В статусе стоит “ОК”, а по факту в тубе всего 11% тонера в остатке, конечно Вам не хватить этого ресурса и отчет не распечатается. Именно поэтому я писал, что в корпоративном сегменте, это неприемлемо.

Думаю, что да, информации о 8% достаточно. Нормальные организации держат некоторый запас тонера в офисе, хотя бы еще одну тубу, когда вставляют последнюю, заказывают еще 1-5 шт. – и это нормально, так и должно быть, а у совсем грамотных – есть еще и запасной драм с печкой. Зная, что вполне может возникнуть потребность много печатать и не иметь запаса по расходным материалам – глупо, а у тех у кого эта потребность возникла разово, не поможет не 11%, не 15%, не 17% – все равно побегут срочно искать.
Я не знаю, что это за туба на фотографии – у С-EXV 50 чипа нет.

Знакомому, рекомендую быть внимательней. И пусть он объяснит Вам, почему при заправке картриджа выскакивает вот такое сообщение “Невозможно правильно определить информацию об уровне тонера. Возможно, отсутствует картридж или вставлен картридж, произведенный не Canon или имеющий неверный номер. Продолжить: Нажмите OK Отмена: Нажмите кнопку останова”

Что касается запаса расходных материалов, то не забывайте, что в России несколько другой менталитет и все экономят каждую копейку. Аппарат изначально сильно бюджетный, и никто под него гору расходных материалов держать не будет.
Что касается фотки, то это C-EXV50, учитесь пока Вам дают бесплатную и главное “ДОСТОВЕРНУЮ” информацию.

Ну так это и HP вашего касается, нет? Ни кто под него запас держать не будет и то, что вы тут про отчет пишите верно для любого аппарата.

3610/3615 – не является разработкой Xerox, сотрите эту информацию и не вводите людей в заблуждение. Учитесь пока вам дают бесплатную и главное «ДОСТОВЕРНУЮ» информацию.

Я выше писал Вам, чтобы вы при утверждении, подкрепляли свою информацию доказательствами. Да и с каких пор Epson стал разрабатывать лазерники? Мне казалось их попытки разрабатывать технику закончились на аппарате Epson c1100.

Будте так любезны подтвердите свою информацию. 3610/3615 является раразобткой Xerox, а потом прочсите этого от других. Я вам все объяснил.

Ну вот Вам на затравку. Ролики захвата и отделения используются те же что и в аппаратах Xerox 6600/6180/6280. Конструкция лотка классическая Xerox. Веб панель используется классическая Xerox. Общие инженерные решения использованные в аппарате использованы от цветных аппаратов Xerox. Тонер и девелопер используются от цветников Xerox. Чипы тоже использованы от цветников Xerox.
Вот Вам мои доводы, а теперь жду Ваших доводов. На платах нет ни слова про Epson, все партномера родные Xerox.
