Он помог мне, все сделали в течении 18 минут.Дистанционно. Нужен комп с вин 10 х64, Установленный Одис Сервис 7.2.1 и Инженер 12.1 в режими Passhry.(можно и на виртуалке) Адаптер Scanmatick 2 pro интернет. Я ему все это предоставил, и мы с ним все закодировали, прошили, и адаптировали. Без VCP pro и так далее.
Так же очень подробно рассказал про нюансы, замены. Все подробно обьяснил.
У меня была проблема после замены приборки на б/у Skoda Rapid 2020 года.
Слетела кодировка блока АБС 003 и Блок ЭУР 0044 слетела адаптация, G85 , крайних положений, и ошибка что не закончено програмирвоание.
ЭУР 44 2QD 909 144 E
B116854 нет адаптации датчика угла поворота G85,
C10ACF0 нет адаптации конечных положений
B201300 не запрограммирован по окончанию сборки

прошивка не помогла.нужно параметрию попробовать пролить,прежде чем приговаривать узел.стоит косячная.вот .адаптация не в какую не делается.думаю все изложил)

Fault code C10ACF0 Steering End Stops Not Learned is indicating problem at the electronic steering control module. When fault codeC10ACF0 Steering End Stops Not Learned store in control module steering may get so hard while turning. Steering operation become difficult to drive. This could be happen due to installing new electronic steering control module or complete electronic steering. Sometime there may some some other reason behind this like, try for steering angle sensor calibration. While performing steering angle sensor calibration if any error occurs C10ACF0 may be store in electronic steering control module.
- Error occurs while performing angle sensor calibration.
- Faulty angle sensor.
- Faulty electronic steering control module.
- Blown fuse.
- Damage wiring harness.
Symptoms
- Steering warning light will illuminate on cluster.
- Steering will become so hard.
- Fault code will store in control module.
How to trouble shoot :
- Fault code C10ACF0 Steering End Stops Not Learned is indicating problem at electronic steering control module. It means that either electronic steering is faulty or there is a problem of steering calibration.
- To solve this problem mechanic need to scan vehicle with scan tool to find out fault code. Scaning with OEM scan tool is better to find proper fault code.
- First try for steering calibration that could solve the problem. Always use original scan tool for calibration. Because when you try to calibrate it with other scan tool it might not perform perfectly. Which will not do proper calibration. Due to which fault code will remain same in control module and also steering operation will be hard.
- If after performing calibration process steering warning light still illuminating on cluster meter. Also fault code store in control module and is not be deletable.
- Then got to check for faulty electronic steering control module or or damage wiring harness. Check power supply, ground, fuses and CAN line. Check CAN line with scope for proper reading.
- if power supply and ground is good as per the requirements, check CAN line reading after disconnecting socket fron electronic steering control module. If reading of can line proper then again connect socket with electronic steering control module if it is not giving proper reading after connecting with electronic steering control module than it is possible that electronic steering control module is faulty.
- Change electronic steering control module with new control unit and performance coding and programming process which will remove warning light from cluster meter and also steering operation will become easy to drive.
Solution of C10ACF0 Steering End Stops Not Learned :
- Perform steering calibration.
- Repair damage wiring harness.
- Replace blown fuses.
- Replace faulty electronic steering control module.
Special note :
- while performing steering calibration use OEM scan tool other wise control unit will abort the process. Which will not accept calibration and fault code will remain same and also problem will not solve.
- Before replacing electronic steering control module check wiring harness and fuses. There might be some other faulty control module which is causing this fault code to store.
- After checking all the above things go to change the faulty electronic steering control module. Perform coding and programming process.

Но несколько поменять не удалось.
Первое не меняется громкость пищалок на парктрониках.

Все вроде кодируется, но после того как вытаскиваешь ключ из замка зажигания, настройки возвращаются в исходное состояние.
Второе и более важное рулевое управление. Блок 04 не читает вообще. Захожу в 44 блок, а там нет 7 бита
В адаптациях тоже ничего нельзя изменить.

errors B116854 and C10ACF0 are present after resetting the steering rack to factory settings. The car was in an accident. I can’t adapt the G85 sensor. maybe I’m doing something wrong. Skoda Rapid 2017. 6C1909144AJ

had that issue on UP 2017, what ever I do, basic setting for G85 is wrong. I did factory reset with VCDS, fiddling around with it, it was no go, then I’ve used launch, went to 44, security access, then basic settings and DTC was off. then I’ve connected VCDS, made an road test and steering lamp went out, only ESP was on. I did basic settings also in ABS/ESP and all warning lamps went out.

[03 — Brake Electronics]
[Security Access — 16]
Enter 40168, to enable the basic setting.
[Do it!]
[Basic Settings — 04]
Group 060
[Go!]
Activate the Basic Setting.
[ON/OFF/Next]
After a successful basic setting, one of the fields should say «OK».
[Done, Go Back]
To make sure the basic setting was successful, check the sensor again.
[Measuring Blocks — 08]
Group 004
[Go!]
Check field 1, the value has to be between -1.5 and +1.5 °.
[Done, Go Back]
[Close Controller, Go Back — 06]
Fault C10ACF0 =Steering Limit Stop Adaptation
Engine running
- Center steering wheel and hold it centered for 5 seconds.
- Turn steering wheel completely to the left and hold it there for 10 seconds.
- Turn steering wheel completely to the right and hold it there for 10 seconds.
- Center steering wheel .
- Switch OFF engine and ignition.
- Switch ON ignition.
- Wait 5 seconds.
- Steering Assist Warning Lamp should turn OFF. If it doesn’t, perform a short test drive.
Test Drive
- Start the vehicle.
- Drive in a short distance straight line on a level surface at a speed not higher than 20 km/h.
- While driving turn the steering wheel one turn to the right and one turn to the left.
- When having the steering wheel straight again stop the vehicle with the wheels pointed straight.
- Ensure that the steering wheel is not moved again. Wait 5sec .Switch igntion OFF.
Clear all fault in the 44-Steering Assist module(should be removed automatically)

check if you do not have on the list option of adapting or resetting g85 in the module 44-Steering Assist

- While driving turn the steering wheel one turn to the right and one turn to the left.
- When having the steering wheel straight again stop the vehicle with the wheels pointed straight.
- Ensure that the steering wheel is not moved again. Wait 5sec .Switch igntion OFF.
Clear all fault in the 44-Steering Assist module(should be removed automatically)

Engine running
- Center steering wheel and hold it centered for 5 seconds.
- Turn steering wheel completely to the left and hold it there for 10 seconds.
- Turn steering wheel completely to the right and hold it there for 10 seconds.
- Center steering wheel .
- Switch OFF engine and ignition.
- Switch ON ignition.
- Wait 5 seconds.
- Steering Assist Warning Lamp should turn OFF. If it doesn’t, perform a short test drive.
Test Drive
- Start the vehicle.
- Drive in a short distance straight line on a level surface at a speed not higher than 20 km/h.

I can not enter the 60 group, I have only a list of functions, and it has no adaptation of the g85 sensor

what diagnostic equipment do you use?
check if you do not have on the list option of adapting or resetting g85 in the module 44-Steering Assist
