ошибка E03001 HP-GL на Graphtec 8000-75
Здравствуйте! Подскажите, пожалуйста, в чем дело! Создаю макет в Кореле, экспортирую в кат мастер, оттуда отправляю непосредственно на режущий плоттер Graphtec 8000-75. На дисплее плоттера появляется сообщение об ошибке: «Instruction not recognized E03001 HP-GL Error 1», и Плоттер начинает резать. Причем нормально все вырезает. Заранее благодарен.

Хм… По этому поводу документация говорит примерно так:
An unrecognizable instruction was executed.
Execute a recognizable command.
И рекомендуется проверить следующие варианты:
(1) Did the plotter receive an unrecognizable command?
(2) Is there any noise on the line?
(3) Has the correct model name been set for the plotter?
Полагаю с первыми двумя пунктами вопросов не возникнет ?
С третьим рекомендуют так:
Set the correct model name.
Configure your software application menu to permit Graphtec plotter control. Re-specify the software application’s interface conditions.
Ну и если тут все в порядке, то еще рекомендуют:
Check the interface cable or move the plotter to another location.
Если не поможет — обратитесь в сервисную службу.

Is your software sending HPGL or GPGL? Is your plotter set to receive HPGL or GPGL? I won’t tell you how to check those things, I’ll leave it as a voyage of discovery and an opportunity for you to learn.

I too had the same problem with my FC 7000….. Called Graphtec and the Tech told me I needed to buy a new printer…. He Snickered….
In your setup menu you need to change the setting from what it is now to the other choice….. HPGL or GPGL
And it is a good chance to learn about your unit….

Hello, I’m looking for some info, by reading some of the other threads I’m sure I’ll get the right answer.
I have a CE 6000-60 plotter, I stared getting error messages all of the sudden. I can usual get 3-4 jobs cut before they start. E01009 illegal hardware code, E01006 hardware address load error, E03001 HPGL error 1 instructions not recognized, E03002 HPGL error 2 wrong number of parameters.
They come in on the plotter in any order. I use Gerber 5.0 software. I’ve tried reinstalling everything, firmware updates, I just don’t know what’s up with it. I’m really not educated on plotters and settings. I use it for work cutting basic letters to identify equipment.
It’s out of warranty and figured I’d start here before I find a service dealer.
