Добрый день, ошибка Е114 говорит о том, что произошло короткое замыкание на одном из выходов контроллера электродвигателя хода

1. Произошло короткое замыкание либо на катушке главного контактора K1, тормозной катушке Y1, катушке контактора подъема K2, либо в звуковом сигнале.
2. Произошло короткое замыкание в кабелях, которые соединяются с компонентами, или в диодах свободного хода, или в конденсаторе, который подавляет звуковой сигнал.
Очень может быть, что это внутреннее короткое замыкание в контроллере и нужно будет его поменять.

Проблема с Атлет
Здравствуйте, прошу помочь в расшифровке ошибки. Штабелер Атлет, калибруется, выходит ошибка Е112. далее нет ни хода, ни подъема.
Ваши профессиональные предположения? Московский специалист предрек нам гибель блока, наш электрик послушал бы второе мнение.
В нашем регионе нет профессионалов по Атлету вообще.

Добрый день Татьяна, ошибка Е112 говорит о коротком замыкании на выходе главного контактора.
Первым делом стоит проверить что нет короткого замыкания в главном контакторе К1, катушке или что диод обгонной муфты не перевернут или не замкнут накоротко.
Отрежьте диод и проверьте, нет ли короткого замыкания в проводах, идущих к катушке.
Если нет, тогда скорее всего придется менять контроллер хода.

Не сталкивался с таким…На положение каретки реагируют датчики, они отрабатывают?

решение есть поставил значение каретки на 9, т.е реальное и начальное совпадают взял пленку на 400 и настроил все прижимы…
Еще вариант руками прокрутить как примерно надо и выставить значение каретки.
Будет рем. день точно узнаю в чем проблема, а то щас все как бешеные бегают и кричат: мясо давай !:mebiro_01:

У меня пленка на 400 стандартно. Положение каретки всегда руками выставлял «крутилкой» в программе пофигу что стоит

тебе легче у меня 350 и 400. в целях экономии, только 350 требуют.

Я насколько понимаю автоматическая каретка это доп. функция и соответственно доп. проблема, отключите, настраивайте каретку в ручную и от ошибка уйдет.
