Недавно мне удалось решить проблему на CentOS 6.9 ISPConfig 3 VPS. Это связано с проблемой владения папкой.
Используя SSH , проверьте свою папку и файлы, запустив ls -l право собственности.
Убедитесь, что папка принадлежит пользователю и имеет правильную группу. Чтобы изменить разрешение папки, используйте
chown -R web3:client4 /var/www/clients/client4/web3/web/

Я использую FTP-сервер Filezilla. У меня возникла проблема с сообщением об ошибке 550 Не удалось открыть файл для записи.
Я удалил каталоги, в которых скачиваются файлы. Физически не с жесткого диска / носителя. Просто логически из пользовательских каталогов FileZilla, назначающих параметры.
И снова назначьте те же каталоги. Также отключите текущий сеанс передачи файлов. Щелкнув правой кнопкой мыши на конкретном IP-адресе, вы можете выбрать опцию кикнуть пользователя.
Он прекратит передачу и в течение 1-2 минут начнет загрузку файлов, и ошибка будет удалена.

I am in the middle of a web site maintenance when all of the sudden I notice that a few files can’t be uploaded on the server, some of these files, I already uploaded them in the past in previous maintenance. I get an error 550 Access is denied
Here is the stack I have

Добрый день, столкнулся с данной проблемой. Пытаюсь загрузить файлы в директорию с помощью разных фтп-клиентов — результат один и тот же. В Filezilla выдаёт «Невозможно начать передачу», в CofeeCup Direct FTP «Failed(RDIR)». Права стоят на папку 777, пробывал даже под рутом из панели ISP Manager загружать — ничего не выходит. Самое интересное что половина файлов в папку с сайтом загрузилась, а определённые файлы оставшиеся — ни в какую. Может кто сталкивался с такой проблемой — поделитесь информацией.

Проблема решена, оказывается я забыл увеличить место на диске для юзера 
ИСПОЛЬЗОВАЛ файлзилу и WinSCP
на сервере в корне есть папки public_shtml , public_html и другие
я создал папку /my-eror, изначально это была папка public_html, я ее переименовал в my-eror и создал новую public_html и внее закачал новые файлы
переименовал папку потому что в папке находятся файлы (2).htaccess, .htaccess — я хотел их обновить а они чего-то так «клонировались» и теперь я не могу их ни удалить , не переименовать, заархивировать — ничего не могу с ними сделать.

This happens several thousand times on the most recent build of FileZilla. I’m confident the music files are there, as it’s my server and I’m able to check the validity through other means. Permissions are fine, too. Any help would be welcome!
